Renewed love for JuicePlus
28Feb09
I was slack the last few months. About a lot of things. Moving to a new place, trying to build my coaching career, just getting my life back together. I let myself go a little. OK, maybe a lot. Staying up late, getting up early and trying to keep my training the same. But more importantly, NOT keeping my diet as stellar as it has been. I’m vegan so obviously I still eat WAY more fruits and veggies than your average person (probably 10-12 servings a day). And, I drink a ton of water. Tons. Seriously. That said, in my attempt to cut back on expenses I started cutting back on taking my JuicePlus. Some of it was really budget related, some of it was a test to see if this stuff was really all that good or just a placebo. Hmmmm….
I took JuicePlus religiously for 2 years. NEVER got sick. People made comments on how clear my skin looked. My nails and hair grew like weeds. I felt great. Why the hell did I stop while I was ahead? Truly, over the last few months I was slack… And now I literally see the difference in my skin and hair. I still feel good but definately not as. I don’t seem to be recovering from workouts as well. I am 100% convinced that I need to be back on the sauce. I started taking it again today. Now, without sounding like an informerical…
If you don’t know about JuicePlus, it’s just dehydrated fruits and veggies put into a capsule or chewable or smoothie format. Simple as that. No magic ingredients. Fruits and veggies. That’s it. Which peeps need more of. And, especially athletes who have high oxidative stress. You guys should be getting at least 15 servings of fruits and veggies a day to buffer against the damage that constant barrage of free radicals are doing to your cells during the metabolic processes that occur during long workouts.
Listen, search long enough and you can find a bunch of bogus information about it out on the web- as you can with just about anything. You know they let any old yahoo out on the web
But honestly, I have read all the scientific research and it’s truly legit. And after my last few months experiment, I am even more convinced that my body needs it.

It’s a 4 month commitment because it takes that long for your body to regenerate and truly reap the benefits. But you can send back unopened bottles for a refund if you flat out don’t want it.
